SFI Foundation re-certification tour kicked off in The Netherlands
The 2019 European SFI re-certification tour kicked off yesterday in Badhoevedorp, The Netherlands. Racers and team members from Germany, Switzerland and of course for all The Netherlands, travelled to Hotel Ibis, located almost at Schiphol Airport, to re-certify wheels, bell housings, clutches and flywheel shields, to be race ready for the new season. The SFI crew had a busy morning, but as all teams arrived early, they were ready in time to catch their flight to Helsinki for the second stop on the European tour. Continue reading
Welcome back to FIA European Championship Adam and Dmitry
We welcome Adam Flamholc back to Europe as he is going to contest the 2019 FIA European Pro Modified Championship. This year it will be in a two-car team together with Dmitry Samorukov out of Russia who will race a freshly built Camaro. The two cars are soon to be shipped to Europe after going some test rounds in the US.

In just a few weeks the 2019 SFI Tour is on, and all you racers, have the opportunity to get your gears inspected. As usual there is four occasions in Europe.
The yearly Åby Drag Racing Swap Meet attracted yet a full house!
One of the first drag racing-themed get-togethers of the season, the Åby Drag Racing Market Swap Meet in Norrköping, was as usual well attended. Here, all possible gadgets for racing-interested people were bought, sold and exchanged, from early morning to late afternoon.
Wilma took the grand slam in Swedish motorsports
Bilsportsgala 2019 has crowned the winners and Wilma Andersson, SHRA Sundsvall, gold medalist in Swedish Champion Junior Drag Racing, took the grand slam of the evening.
Two in a row for Thomas Olsen
After winning his first EDRS Pro Nordic MC Pro Stock Motorcycle championship in 2017, Thomas Lysebraate Olsen started the season as the favourite to win the 2018 title as well. The young Norwegian rider and his Brothers in Arms Racing team lived up to those expectations as Olsen claimed his second consecutive title in 2018. Olsen finished the season on a high note with his first 7.0-second run and that was well deserved after the hard work in a far from trouble-free year. Continue reading
Competition Eliminator goes EDRS Pro 2019!
From 2019 there will be a big change for the Competition Eliminator-class. Since the cars in the class turns to be more and more extreme and even more dependent of well-prepared tracks, it´s decided that it is time for them to move into the EDRS Pro-segment, together with the already existing Pro Modified, Pro Street and Stock/Super Stock-classes.
