Liam Jones raced to the provisional number one qualifying position in Top Fuel at the first day of qualifying for the NitrOlympX, round four of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship at the Hockenheimring, Germany. In Top Methanol home favourite Timo Habermann is the leader after day one, while Michael Gullqvist was quickest in Pro Modified. Tierp Arena battleground for exciting EDRS Pro Nordic MC finale

The Summit Racing Equipment Internationals is the fourth round and grand finale of the 2018 EDRS Pro Nordic Motorcycle Championship. Two months after the championship kicked off at Tierp Arena, the EDRS Pro Nordic MC is back at this state-of-the-art drag race facility. Marcus Christiansen (Super Twin Motorcycle), Thomas Lysebraate Olsen (Pro Stock Motorcycle), Mathias Bohlin (Super Street Bike) and Rikard Gustafsson (Top Fuel Motorcycle) enter the final round as the leader in their respective categories. But with many points still to win or lose, almost anything is possible. FIA European Drag Racing Championship part two kicks off in high gear with Hockenheim and Tierp

The 2018 FIA European Drag Racing Championship is at the halfway point of the season and after the summer break part two kicks off in high gear with in back-to-back weekends the NitrOlympX at Hockenheim in Germany and the Summit Racing Equipment Internationals at Tierp Arena in Sweden. For the drivers and teams not only a tight schedule, but in seven days the standings in the FIA European Championship can change dramatically. Anita Mäkelä (Top Fuel), Timo Habermann (Top Methanol), Stefan Ernryd (Pro Stock) and Jimmy Ålund (Pro Modified) are the leaders in their respective categories, but as past performance is no guarantee of future success, everything is still possible before Europe’s most prestigious drag racing championship heads to its grand finale early September at Santa Pod. New beginning of the Finnish drag racing

Track is ready and track crew has done huge job.

Summit Racing EDRS Series and Finnish Championship will continue and now in totally new playground. LSK business park will held it´s very first race ever. There has been huge amount of work done and some finishes will be temporary solutions, but the facilities are very excellent and bigger than we have used in Finland.
