Tina Høst Nedregård’s new dragster and second chance

When dragracingeurope.eu published the season review of Tina Høst Nedregård and Jedborn Motorsport in November 2025, they finished the article with the mysterious words that ‘there is a dragster in the US that might be packing its bags for Europe.’ Well, there is good news as that dragster did pack its bags and arrived in the North of Sweden a few days ago.

After a long trip from the States, Tina Høst Nedregård’s new A-Fueler arrived in Sweden and is now in the Jedborn Motorsport workshop. And what a car it is. The dragster is the proven quick and fast A-Fueler Karen Stalba raced very successfully in the NHRA Championship. The car was a natural fit as Karen and Tina share almost the same weight and height.

“Yes, we’re back,” an extremely happy Tina Høst Nedregård starts the new chapter. “As everybody will know now, six months ago our operation took a brutal turn when we crashed our A-Fuel dragster. It was one of those moments that happens in a blink, but stays with you for a lifetime. The damage was heavy, and for a while it honestly felt like the end of the road. But what happened next is something we will never forget. After the crash, we reached out and asked for help – and the response was overwhelming. Friends, family, fans, and fellow racers stepped up and contributed in ways that means the world to us. Whether it was support, encouragement, sharing, donating, or simply believing in us — all of you made it possible.”

“Because of you, we’re still here. And today, we are proud to share what all of you helped make possible. A couple of days ago, we picked up our new car that made the trip from the USA to Sweden. This is more than just a new dragster. It’s a second chance. It’s a symbol of everything this community stands for — passion, resilience, and the kind of support you only find in drag racing. The drag racing family truly have each other’s backs.”

“To everyone who supported us — in any way, big or small — thank you. Thank you for believing in us when the future looked uncertain. Thank you for helping us fight our way back. And thank you for standing with us as we take the next step forward. Now it’s time to work harder than ever before. There is a lot to do, with a short amount of time. We can’t promise anything yet, but we will do our best to be back out there this year. We can’t wait to see you all at the track.”
