Marck Harteveld and Voodoo Hemi Racing join the 2020 FIA tour

In a great ‘end of the season party’, Voodoo Hemi Racing thanked their sponsors and partners and celebrated Marck Harteveld’s 2019 Motorsport UK Pro Modified championship last Saturday evening, October 12th. But the team didn’t only look back at last season, Harteveld also announced that Voodoo Hemi Racing will focus on the FIA European Pro Modified Championship next year and will join the full 2020 FIA tour. Johnny Bee Good in Pro Mod

It was not a secret that John Tebenham would make his entrance in the Pro Modified category this season. But this is how the 1953 Corvette will look when it comes to Santa Pod Raceway in May for Tebenham’s first official runs in the car. Team Pro8 to compete in FIA Pro Modified with a new Pro Line Racing Hemi

Finland’s Jere Rantaniemi and Team Pro8 will debut in the FIA European Drag Racing Championship in 2019. The orange Pro Line Racing Hemi powered 2013 Camaro will be seen in Sweden, Finland and Germany. The last two seasons Rantaniemi ran in the Finnish national Top Doorslammer series, winning the championship in 2017 and finishing second in 2018. The team’s first ever appearance abroad was at the Top Doorslammers finals in Sweden last September, a race that Rantaniemi won. Continue reading

Voodoo Hemi Racing ‘70 Plymouth Superbird like a phoenix risen from its ashes

Last Saturday evening Voodoo Hemi Racing unveiled their totally rebuilt ’70 Plymouth Superbird. After a year of hard work, the team had the official presentation of their Pro Modified car that was so badly damaged in a crash at Santa Pod Raceway in May 2018. “I would like to say a big thank you to everybody who helped us with this rebuild, in whatever way their contribution was, but for all the Voodoo Hemi crew that spent so many hours in the workshop. 2019 season preparations in full swing for David Vegter and PTTM Drag Racing

David Vegter and PedalToTheMetal Drag Racing are fully focused on the preparations for the start of the 2019 FIA European Championship at the end of May. In the last couple of months many hours were spent in the workshop to bring the ’67 Camaro back into great shape, but now that the ordered parts are coming in from the States, the work continues in the highest gear. “The Camaro has been refreshed completely, we made some adjustments and we will have many new parts in the car,” said Vegter about the fast impending racing season. Welcome back to FIA European Championship Adam and Dmitry

We welcome Adam Flamholc back to Europe as he is going to contest the 2019 FIA European Pro Modified Championship. This year it will be in a two-car team together with Dmitry Samorukov out of Russia who will race a freshly built Camaro. The two cars are soon to be shipped to Europe after going some test rounds in the US.
