Red Line Synthetic Oil partner of Vegter Pro Mod Racing

Vegter Pro Mod Racing is proud to announce a partnership with Red Line Synthetic Oil for the 2024 FIA European Pro Modified Championship. The Dutch Pro Modified team, runner-up in the 2023 FIA European Drag Racing Championship, are using the high quality Red Line Oil products for quite a long time, but will now be an official partner of the American based company. “Especially in the world of drag racing, but also far beyond, Red Line is known as the best oil money can buy. David Vegter finishes the 2023 season on a high note

It was not a matter if, but when David Vegter would win a race of the FIA European Pro Modified Championship. The Dutchman saved the best of the 2023 season for the last, by claiming a dominant win at The European Finals at Santa Pod Raceway, the fifth and final round of the FIA European Championship. With this victory, the second position in the final standings of the FIA European Pro Modified Championship and his extremely competitive new personal bests, Vegter and his team Vegter Pro Mod Racing can look back on a great and successful season.

Jan Ericsson to retire from drag racing

Three-time FIA European Pro Modified Champion Jan Ericsson is hanging up his helmet and retiring from drag racing. The native of Västerås, Sweden, has been competing in Pro Modified since 2017 when the team took the decision to spend three years fully focused on winning the FIA European Championship starting with 2019.

David Vegter moves up to the second position in the FIA European Championship

As a result of his excellent performance at the Summit Racing Equipment Internationals, David Vegter moved up to the second position in the FIA European Pro Modified Championship. At Tierp Arena, Sweden, the Dutch driver won his elimination rounds in the most competitive class of the FIA European Championship and advanced to the semifinals. With two races left, the gap to the leader in the standings is still a bridgeable 79 points.

Pro Dutch Racing kick off the season with the double at Santa Pod Raceway

There are only a few days left and Pro Dutch Racing will make the first runs of the new season at Santa Pod Raceway. The Doorslammers kicks off the season on May 20 and 21, a week later followed by The Main Event, the opening round of the FIA European Pro Modified Championship. This title fight is the main goal for Michel Tooren and his team Pro Dutch Racing. Last season, the Dutchman had his final breakthrough in this most important drag racing championship in Europe by winning the prestigious NitrOlympX at the HockenheimRing. Thanks to this victory, Tooren finished in fourth place in the final standings of the championship. The preparations for the new season have now been completed and Pro Dutch Racing are going for more victories and an even higher ranking.
