Tina Høst Nedregård’s new dragster and second chance

With the start of the 2026 drag racing season not that far away anymore, it’s time for the annual SFI Inspections Tour. Thanks to SFI Foundation President Jennifer Faye for sending in the 2026 SFI Tour Dates. Crane Warpspeeds into the 6.1s, looks forward to Funnybike prospects in 2026

Coming off the back of a second place finish in the FIM-E Top Fuel Bike points in 2025 thanks in part to an event win at the Hockenheimring’s NitrOlympX, Stuart Crane underlined his status as the quickest funnybike rider in Europe with a 6.1722/221.46 at Santa Pod at the season ending Euro Finals. During a bit of down time in between production runs for new and refined products at the Warpspeed Racing headquarters in rural Norfolk, we caught up with Stuart to find out a bit about thoughts on 2025, working with a widespread network of racers and some highly debated news emerging from the FIM-E for 2026.

Head reflects, skips 2026, and looks to 2027

Bradley Head has been testing the FIM-E Super Street Bike water over the past two years as part of the JKE RaceWorks collective. While results haven’t quite gone to plan, Head has had a lot of quality experience on the European tour. Planning on stepping back next season, Head is looking to upgrade his Hayabusa significantly with the aiming of resuming competition in the toughest class in FIM-E racing in 2027.

FIM-E Champions Review – Marcus Christiansen – FIM-E Super Twin Bike

Marcus Christiansen and father Claus ‘Speedy’ continued to rip up the record books in FIM-E Super Twin in 2025. The Great Danes continued to stamp out performance levels hitherto unseen with a naturally aspirated twin, with a 6.0779s at a non-championship event in Sweden in June getting below Bob Malloy’s long standing 6.09 that had been a target for the team for a while now. Not content with the ET mark, they also bagged a record class championship title at the end of a ferociously contested series.
