This is the 14th event inte the Summit Racing EDRS Series, a small but very family friendly and cosy event. Haapsalu is a very nice town with good restaurangs and shoppings.  And if you have time over, there is a lot of historic places to explore around the town as well. The race track it self has an amazing story to tell.
