FIA European Drag Racing Championship returns to action at Tierp Arena
It was a long break after the opening round of the championship at Santa Pod Raceway, but now it’s only one week to go and the FIA European Drag Racing Championship kicks off the second part of the season with the Summit Racing Equipment Internationals at Tierp Arena, Sweden. Liam Jones (Top Fuel), Jonny Lagg (Top Methanol), Marck Harteveld (Pro Modified) and Jimmy Ålund/Robin Norén (Pro Stock) are the leaders in their respective categories, but with one race done and still three to go, the championship fight in all four classes is still fully open.

This upcoming weekend, 166 teams will participate in the Drag Challenge at Gardermoen in Norway.
This is the second EDRS series event in Norway, and also the last chance to qualify for the Summit Racing Shootout at Tierp. Find the time schedule and more information at NDRG – Gardermoen Raceway.
In Finland, another event will take place at the Kalajoki track – the third in the EDRS series. A total of 81 drivers will compete for podium positions. Follow the event and find more information at Finnish Hot Rod Association FHRA ry – Mutkatonta viihtyvyyttä.
Reminder for shoot-out and Drivers & Riders Club!
If you are in the top 25 in Super Pro ER and in Pro ET you have the opportunity to sign up and attend the Shootout at Tierp the 7-10 of August. The normal fee is still on for these series

Drivers & Riders Club
Drivers and riders who wish to be eligible for payout of any portion of the End of season series prize funds (apply for top 3/class ) must sign up and pay the annual fee of SEK 850 senior / SEK 595 junior. It is handled via www.dragracing.eu last sign-up and payment is 31st of July!
The EDRS Drivers & Riders Club registration is listed at the same place as the race events. Logon to your drivers account and you will find it in the list under notifications/anmälan.
