Race Winning Brands Europe and Vegter Pro Mod Racing extend partnership

Race Winning Brands Europe will also be a partner of Vegter Pro Mod Racing for the next two seasons. The partnership between the Nieuw-Vennep-based market leader in performance parts for cars and motorcycles and the leading team in the Pro Modified class of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship was so successful and both parties were so pleased, that an agreement was concluded for a period of two years with an option for the period after that. “We are proud to be representing Race Winning Brands Europe for the coming seasons and are looking forward to an even more intensive cooperation,” said David Vegter and Elin Lindegren, the driving forces behind Vegter Pro Mod Racing.

Vegter Pro Mod Racing welcomed Race Winning Brands Europe as a new partner at the start of last season. People from the Nieuw-Vennep-based company attended several races of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship and saw their ideas confirmed that there were great opportunities within this fastest and quickest form of motorsport. The performances of David Vegter and his team Vegter Pro Mod Racing also spoke for themselves. In the Vegter Pro Mod Racing ’67 Camaro, the Dutchman was the fastest driver on track at almost all races, led the championship for a long time and for the second year in a row he claimed the second position in the FIA European Pro Modified Championship, with 36 drivers from ten different countries the strongest and most international class of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship.

The cooperation between Race Winning Brands Europe and Vegter Pro Mod Racing was so successful and both parties were so pleased, that an agreement has now been concluded for the next two years. An option has been included to continue the partnership after this period. “We are of course extremely proud of this and very happy. Drag racing will be one of the spearheads of Race Winning Brands Europe and that there is a major role in that for our team, is of course really great,” said Elin Lindegren on behalf of Vegter Pro Mod Racing. Race Winning Brands Europe will be even more visible at the drag racing circuits than they already were last season. At all FIA European Championship races they will have their own hospitality unit to welcome business relations and guests.
