Super Twin Number 68 aims for a six

Belgium racer Chris van Nimmen is looking to pick up where he left off last season in the UK ACU National Finals where he lowered his PB ET to a 7.005 at the end of his first full season in Super Twin action (we’ll forget what was a distinctly unmemorable last outing at FIM-E level at the Euro Finals).

“We’re ready for the season and plan to do four of the five FIM-E events and we’ve prepared the Overkill powered bike to go faster and are ready to go into the sixes.” There could also be Belgian bragging rights on offer as and when van Nimmen does drop his ET as compatriot Marc van den Boer has a national best figure of 6.912 also to aim at.

“We’ll arrive on Thursday at the Pod for the Main Event and then after that we will be back on the FIM-E tour in August at Tierp in Sweden and then the NitrOlympX in Germany before heading back to Santa Pod for the Euro Finals in September”.
