SUPER CAR CLASS

Super Car Class är en klass bestående av fordon inklassade i klasserna Super Street ( SST ), Super Gas ( SG ) och Super Comp ( SC ).

Klassernas resp. index är

SST:            10.90  sek         ( 6,90 , 1/8 mile )
SG:              9,90  sek         ( 6,30 , 1/8 mile)
SC:              8,90  sek         ( 5,70 . 1/8 mile)

Klasserna körs tillsammans och ev. skillnader i index läggs in som handicap.  Ex. en SST bil får 2,0 sek handicap  (1,2 sek , 1/8 mile) mot en SC-dragster.

PRO-gran, 0,5 sek.

I övrigt körs klassen som klasserna körs separat, och besiktas också utifrån resp. klassregler.

Fordonen använder resp. prefix (SST, SG, SC) för tidtagningens inmatning av index.

The three classes will run together and qualification order will be sorted on each competitors difference to index for each sub-category (class) similar to Competition Eliminator.

At the time of elimination there will be a 1,0 second handicap between each SST, SG and SC.

Example: During elimination an SST car will have 1,0 seconds handicap/advantage against an SG car and 2,0 seconds (1,2 sec 1/8 mile) against an SC car.

PRO-tree with handicap, as per above, will be used with 0,5 sec between yellow and green.

If two cars with same class prefix will compete, there will be no handicap.

At registration the car should be entered as per its class rules, and it will be scrutineered accordingly.

The cars will use the class prefix (SST, SG, SC) for the entries in the timekeeping system and this need also to be visible on each car.

“Courtesy staging” must be honored but failure will not be reason for disqualification from the run.
