Thus the numerous fans in the grandstands had enough to cheer about and they had a great day with fast, quick and spectacular runs at the Rico Anthes Quartermile of the HockenheimRing.

Jndia Erbacher recorded 4.23 seconds, a slight improvement compared to the 4.24 seconds the reigning FIA European champion recorded on day one. It was enough the claim the number one qualifying position, although yesterday’s numbers two and three improved their ETs as well, but it was not enough for them to claim the number one spot.

Liam Jones improved his ET to 4.42 seconds and remained in the number two position, while Susanne Callin improved to 4.47 seconds and remained in the number three position. Callin had a bad engine explosion on her last run of the day and the damage to the car is probably too much to be repaired in time, so it is unlikely that Callin will be back for tomorrow’s eliminations.

In Pro Modified David Vegter stormed to a great 5.855 seconds on his first run of the day to take over the number one qualifying position from Mats Eriksson.
