Two juniors, Tindra Christensen, 21 years old, and Isak Lagg, 26 years old, are now moving from 800 horsepower in the Super Pro ET class to 5,000 horsepower in what is the second fastest class in drag racing \u2013 Top Methanol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.02.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18651\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019ve had Top Methanol as a goal for a long time,&#8221; said Tindra. &#8220;But without Tony&#8217;s help, it wouldn&#8217;t have been possible to take this step. Being part of this initiative, with Tony, Jonny, and their team, who have a wealth of experience, feels really good and safe.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tindra and Isak have competed with and against each other in Super Pro ET over the past few years and know each other well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;At our age, having access to all this expertise is rare, and I\u2019m very grateful for this opportunity,&#8221; said Isak. &#8220;I\u2019m also really happy to have Tindra on board. We know each other well from before, and she\u2019s super professional and humble.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s the two Top Methanol veterans in A-Fuel Team Sweden, Tony Bryntesson, who was second in the FIA European Championship last year, and Jonny Lagg, the reigning FIA European Champion, who are behind the youth initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.03.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18652\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Tony Bryntesson after his FIA European Championship victory at Tierp Arena last year. Jonny Lagg came second.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jonny and I are no longer young, even though we feel younger than we are, and we felt we needed to do something for the future of drag racing. The idea of expanding our team collaboration with two cars developed over the past year. I\u2019ve been following Tindra for some time, and Jonny\u2019s son, Isak, has been in our pit during the years he\u2019s been driving Super Pro ET. Both have what it takes to make the step up to Top Methanol.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.04.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.04.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18653\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, Tindra and Isak had the opportunity to borrow Tony\u2019s and Jonny\u2019s dragsters at the Meguiar\u2019s Drag Festival at Mantorp Park to obtain their licenses. This year, they won\u2019t need to borrow dragsters. Bryntesson Motorsport has acquired an A-Fuel dragster for Tindra, which is on its way home from the USA, and Isak is in the process of assembling his dragster together with his team and his father Jonny. The debut for A-Fuel Junior Team Sweden will be at the Meguiar\u2019s Drag Festival at Mantorp Park from July 24-27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.05.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dragracingeurope.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/tindra_isak.05.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18649\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Then we aim for Tindra and Isak to race one or two FIA European Championship events this year.
