Samu Kemppainen<\/p><\/div>\n

No changes in the number one qualifying positions at day two of qualifying for the Tierp Internationals at Tierp Arena. So Sverre Dahl (Top Fuel Motorcycle), Samu Kemppainen (Super Twin Motorcycle), Robert Karlsson (Pro Stock Motorcycle) and Richard Stubbins will lead their categories into eliminations for the first round of the EDRS Pro Nordic Motorcycle Championship.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Totally different weather conditions at day two of qualifying for the Tierp Internationals at Tierp Arena. Lower temperatures were not the biggest problem, worse was the rain that lasted until late in the afternoon. Qualifying had to be rescheduled to only one instead of two sessions and started at around 6.00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Sverre Dahl<\/p><\/div>\n

Strong wind made improvements almost impossible. In Top Fuel Motorcycle no changes or improvements at all. So Sverre Dahl stayed number one qualifier, with Peter Andersson-Str\u00f6m second and Jan Sturla Hegre in third.<\/p>\n

Ismo M\u00e4enp\u00e4\u00e4<\/p><\/div>\n

In Super Twin Motorcycle one major change as Ismo M\u00e4enp\u00e4\u00e4 took over the number three position from Vidar Ravnsborg. Samu Kemppainen could not improve on his Friday performance but is still in the lead when eliminations start tomorrow. But the Finnish FIM European Champion is not the only one in de 6-second zone anymore. Friday number two qualifier Hans Olav Olstad improved to 6.975 seconds but stayed in second position.<\/p>\n

Problems for Robert Karlsson<\/p><\/div>\n

No changes in the top three in Pro Stock Motorcycle, but with three riders in the 7.0 seconds, eliminations will be close. Robert Karlsson will lead the field into eliminations (7.04), with Anders Larsson in second (7.07) and Kalle Lyr\u00e9n in third (7.09). Elvira Karlsson improved to 7.48 seconds and is sixth, with her sister Ellsa in seventh.<\/p>\n

The British competitors Richard Stubbins and Alex Hope stayed in a class of their own in Super Street Bike and are number one and two. A major improvement for Bj\u00f6rn Fristr\u00f6m handed the reigning EDRS champion the number three position, with Anders Blanck now in fourth.<\/p>\n
