In 2020 he started in Junior Drag Bike and stepped up to other classes. “I raced in the Junior Bike class with a 1230cc engine in the old ex Pro Stock Motorcycle and then I did two races in Pro Comp Bike,” said Vik.

That last race was the Tierp Internationals at Tierp Arena in June.

But at Gardermoen the teenager made the next step in his career with the Pro Stock Motorcycle Kalle Lyrén was so successful with. On his first run, Vik immediately recorded a great 60-foot time.

“As we had problems with the bike not going straight, because we had a bigger engine in it than the chassis could handle, we thought it would be wise to invest in a new Vance & Hines chassis that could withstand the forces of the engine we ride with. This bike feels absolutely fantastic to ride. But on the first run we’ve gone to the left because I’m not sitting quite straight on the bike. We got an absolutely insane 60-foot in 1.03 seconds, which is absolutely incredible that we managed that,” said a still smiling Theodor Vik.

“Our future plans are to start our EM career in 2024 in Pro Stock Motorcycle, but it all depends on sponsors and money.
