FHRA Finals 2020 in Kauhava offered good racing and fast runs despite cold weather and rain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a well-prepared track ready for a final racingweekend before the autumn hits us, the track crew was up for a wonderful drag racing weekend. However, the weather was unstable and the track difficult to race, as it was sometimes too cold. The night until Saturday was cold and rainy, but the crew still managed to dry the track and did run three qualifying rounds on Saturday.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sunday’s eliminations started already at 10.00 am. due to expected rain during the day. The crew managed to finish the Jr dragster and Jr bike classes and Street Bike before there was a break due to a crash in Street Bike. But Juha Er\u00e4l\u00e4hde, who won the class, got away unscathed from that adventure and the race could continue after a one hour’s break.
\nDespite the difficult situation this season, due to the Covid-19, three events were arranged and completed at LSK Business Park in Kauhava with many personal best times and new records.<\/p>\n

Now we hope for a new and hopefully more racing-intensive 2021 season.
