The Summit Racing Super Series Shoot-out 2026 is now decided!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12 cars in Pro ET and 18 in Super Pro ET fought for the money on Tierp Arena August 6-9! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year runner-up, Anders Edin, took the win in this year, defeating Lars Erik Jonsson in the Pro-ET final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Super Pro ET, last year runner-up Amanda Sj\u00f6str\u00f6m-Andersson couldn\u00b4t do anything against Janne S\u00f6derqvist in the Super Pro ET-final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f6derqvist (FIN) qualified to the shoot-out, despite the fact that FHRA didn\u00b4t include their races in Summit Racing EDRS-series this year. It pays of to travel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summit Racing Super Series 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Summit Racing Equipment Internats at Tierp Arena aug 7-10 2025 delivered a true highlight when the Summit Racing Super Series Shootout was decided. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Pro ET, thirteen drivers lined up and after eight qualifying rounds the eliminations kicked off on Sunday morning. The final turned into a tough battle between Anders Edin and John Thid\u00e9, where Anders unfortunately broke out, handing the victory to John.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Super Pro ET, a full 16-car ladder was completed and the excitement lasted all the way to the end. The final was set between Matilda Sj\u00f6str\u00f6m-Andersson and Janne Hallman, but it was decided already at the starting line when Matilda red-lit, giving the win to Janne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both winners were awarded 4000 dollars each, and it was especially fitting that both John Thid\u00e9 and Janne Hallman come from the Borl\u00e4nge area in Sweden, a region that has produced many talented drag racers over the years. Congratulations to the winners, and a big thank you to all participants who made the Shootout such a fantastic event!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summit Racing Super Series 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shoot-out is completed! Despite rain and clean-ups during Sunday, the results we\u00b4re finally made!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a very hard qualification (half of the field drove on dial-in in SPET and 5 i PET), many took chances in the elimination, making red-lights and break-outs…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we have the winners and runner-ups!
Congratulations to winner Petri Parkinen, FIN winner and Riina Raussi, FIN runner-up in Pro ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Congratulations to, as last year, winner Isak Lagg, SWE and Kristina H\u00e4gglund- Nygren runner-up i Super Pro ETYNew Series rules 2024 for classes Pro ET and Super Pro ET. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last qualifiers from last weekend\u00b4s events at Gardermoen and Kauhava were Roni Tekoniemi <\/strong>and Stein Jarle T\u00f6nnesen<\/strong> in Pro ET and Ari Remahl<\/strong> and Isak Lagg<\/strong> in Super Pro ET. All except Stein Jarle already qualified. But both him and Roni has denied participating in the Shoot-Out. So we will have 17 participants in Pro ET and 18 in Super Pro ET fighting for the 16-ladder for each class. Pro ET has 7 event winners and Super Pro ET has 6 . Shoot-Out coming weekend!!! Be there!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we can present the event winners from Kauhava and Sundsvall plus the final top 25-list. Please note that also the event winners at Drag Challenge qualifies for the shoot-out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Sundsvall Pro ET winner is rookie Sophia Sandstr\u00f6m<\/strong> and in Super Pro ET , last year shoot-out winner, Isak Lagg<\/strong>. From Kauhava both winners, Johanna Ruusunen<\/strong> (Pro ET) and Kim D\u00f6fn\u00e4s<\/strong> (Super Pro ET) were a part of the shoot-out in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u00b4s the final top-25 (in green) qualifying list for 2024. With reservation for miscalculated points this is the list!!! All top 25 qualifiers in both classes (except for the event winners) will be contacted with invitation to the shoot-out by e-mail in the few coming days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event winners from Midnight Sun Dragfestival Part 2 are Stefan Jonsson<\/strong> in Pro ET and Mats Arntzen Wanvik<\/strong> in Super Pro ET. Only two qualifying events for top25 remaining the coming weekend in Sundsvall and Kauhava. Please note the top 25 lists for each class, before the remaining events (event winner at Drag Challenge at Gardermoen will also be qualified).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event winner from Haapsalu is Ago Kravets<\/strong> from Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the first of two Midnight Sun Dragfestival at Pite\u00e5 Dragway Niklas Westin<\/strong> qualified in Pro ET and already qualified Mikael Nilsson<\/strong> in Super Pro ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event winners from Midsummer Festival at Tallhed, Orsa was Tommy Eriksson<\/strong> in Pro ET and Mikael Nilsson<\/strong> in Super Pro ET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results after 4 racing days at Speedevents International at Tierp Arena we have two new qualified drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro ET : Martin Larsson<\/strong>, who\u00b4s been in the shoot-out before. Super Pro ET: Wilma Andersson<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a weekend without races, the last weekend contained two events. Gardermoen, Norway and Motopark, Finland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Gardermoen <\/strong>there was only one day of qualifying, the rest was a rain-out. But we still have two No 1 qualifiers from that event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pro ET: Svein Bye<\/strong>, who also took a last minute ticket last year.
Super Pro ET: Kristin Mathisen<\/strong> with the beautiful 1959 Cadillac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Motopark,<\/strong> the race was finished in all.

Second opportunity for qualifying was last weekend event at Motopark on the first Finnish event for 2024. Qualified was: Pro ET: Petri Parkkinen <\/strong>and in Super Pro ET: Pekka Junninen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first qualification round for Summit Racing Super Series was held last weekend at the legendary V\u00e5rg\u00e5rda Dragway in the west part of Sweden. Event winners this time was Niklas Wikander<\/strong> in Pro ET (that have been running the shoot-out before) and last year runner-up in Super Pro ET, Tindra Christensen<\/strong> won the event, exactly as last year at V\u00e5rg\u00e5rda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
