David Vegter is proud to announce that Sonic Equipment and his team Vegter Pro Mod Racing will extend their partnership for another year! In 2015 the name of the well-known hand tools company was seen on the Vegter Pro Mod Racing ’67 Camaro for the first time. Sonic and Vegter Pro Mod Racing were both happy with the results of their cooperation and so Sonic decided to support the team again in their 2016 FIA European Pro Modified Championship campaign. “I’m very proud that such a well-known company wants us to represent their name at the European race tracks for the second consecutive year. We will do the full FIA EC tour and want to do even better than we did last season”, said a motivated Vegter.

Sonic Equipment is a highly experienced specialist in the development and production of professional hand tools and trolley systems. The partnership between Sonic and Vegter Pro Mod Racing, one of the leading European Pro Modified teams, started in 2015. The outcome of the cooperation between Sonic and the popular Dutch Pro Modified team turned out so well, that the Vegter Pro Mod Racing ’67 Camaro will fly the flags of Sonic again in 2016. Later in February Sonic Equipment will launch their new website (www.sonic-equipment.com) where everything can be found about the company and their range of products.

David Vegter is also happy to announce that WVB Holland will support the team for the second year in a row too. “It’s great to see sponsors stay with your team, because that means we represent them in the way they want us to do”, said the driver and driving force behind Vegter Pro Mod Racing. Vegter will do the full FIA European Championship tour again in 2016. “We will do all seven races, including the season finale at Malta. There will be no major changes to the Camaro. We have stripped the car, are checking every detail of it and will start rebuilding it soon. There are only some changes in the crew. Two team members had other obligations this year, but after a break, Nik Spijker will be back in the team. Although there is still a lot to do, I’m already looking forward to the start of the new season”, said Vegter.
